The Women's U19 National Cricket Team, will be known as the U19 Capricorn Eagles after Capricorn Group became the official sponsor of the team. 

The sponsorship was announced at a press conference in Windhoek. The team will play Zimbabwe in a six-match T20 series from June 17th to 23rd at the HP Oval. Before their opening match against Zimbabwe, the team received a morale boost with the news of Capricorn Group's sponsorship. 

Capricorn Group has shown its support for cricket, particularly women's cricket.

The Capricorn Group began its commitment to women's cricket in the country in 2021 by sponsoring the senior national team, the Capricorn Eagles. 

This sponsorship demonstrates their continued commitment to developing cricket in Namibia.
