Rounds 23 and 24 of the MTC Namibia Netball Premier League took place in the coastal town of Walvis Bay over the weekend, featuring nine games.

Rounds 21 and 22 of the 2024 league were held in Windhoek last weekend, featuring three games.

After last weekend's matches, the Namibian Correctional Service Netball Club remained at the top of the leaderboard with 24 points, followed by the Namibian Navy Netball Club with 22 points. 

The Tigers Netball Club held the third spot with 15 points.

On Saturday, in cold and wet conditions, some players who are usually not exposed to such weather had to adjust, which slightly affected their performance.

However, through focused training, the players have improved their netball skills, resulting in satisfactory performances during their matches.

Five matches were played :

Mighty Gunners NC beat UNAM Ogongo NC 51-42,

Tsumeb NC beat Young Stars NC 32-30, Otjozondjupa Nampol NC beat Wanderers NC 56-41,

Eastern Chiefs beat Afroxat Lions 43-32,Namibian Navy beat Tigers  53-43On Sunday, in much better weather conditions, four matches were on the roster: Namibian Navy lost to UNAM Ogongo 42-44, Eastern Chiefs lost to Mighty Gunners 40-42, Young Stars lost to Otjozondjupa Nampol 20-62, Afrocats Lions won against Tsumeb 52-23

The next rounds will take place on August 17-18 in Otjiwarongo, with all teams participating.
