The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group has announced the successful acquisition of the remaining 49.9% shares in Broll Namibia, formerly owned by the Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd.

This transaction, which became effective on 1 July 2024, makes O&L the sole shareholder.

O&L Group Executive Chairperson, Sven Thieme, said on Tuesday in Windhoek that the acquisition demonstrates the company’s steadfast commitment to ensuring a sustainable future for its people and country.

“As a Namibian-born firm, we are extremely proud of our capacity to positively contribute to the country’s growth and development by creating new chances for innovation and expansion in the property sector. Full ownership of Broll Namibia allows us to provide greater value to our clients and stakeholders, bolstering our position as a market leader in property management,” he stated.

He further said Broll Namibia is a prominent player in the Namibian property market, specialising in comprehensive property management services.

Karen Keys, Managing Director of Broll Namibia, expressed her enthusiasm for this new chapter.
