Edgard Maharero, a hearing-impaired fitness trainer, is proving that disabilities are no barrier to success. 

The NBC employee is motivating teams to excel.Edgard Maharero, a hearing-impaired employee at NBC, is helping the Netball and Volleyball teams prepare for the upcoming Battle of All tournament. 

Maharero has been training the teams for over a month, using visual demonstrations to communicate effectively with the players. 

Maharero, who is also a member of the National Deaf Soccer team is passionate about what he is doing and says he gets satisfaction from working with the players.

Captain of the Nbc Netball team Vanessa Ndjitaviua and Selma Moses said the training sessions have been helpful towards the team.

With the Battle of All tournament just weeks away, Maharero is determined to help the teams reach their full potential and represent NBC with pride.
