The Namibian Darts Federation recently held the Khomas 7-point League Season 2 at the Darts Club in the Capital.

The competition drew numerous participants from Dart Club 1, Dart Club 2, Dart Club 3, and the City of Windhoek, the reigning champions. National team players also participated in the event.

every second year, the national teams represent Namibia at the African Union Sports Council Region 5 Championships and selected tournaments.

Rayno de Jager expressed gratitude for the event's turnout and noted that a lack of sponsors is a significant challenge for the youth team. Lana Campaan a national youth player  indicated that '' I was one of only five women who took part in the tournament. It all started with a passion for the game and a drive to compete''.

Sakaria Mwahuluka  who is Senior National Player share his thought on the game '' The national teams are well-prepared for the African Championship. We have been working hard and are confident in our readiness'' he said. 

The Khomas 7-point League Season 2 aimed not only to provide competitive play but also to build a sense of community and promote darts among youth. The Federation hopes to see more young talent emerge in future tournaments, supported by potential sponsors.
