The National Council's special session, which will run until Friday, has started. 

This session will review several bills passed by the National Assembly, which should be done within 30 days.

These include the Income Tax Amendment, Value-Added Tax, Transfer Duty Amendment, Stamp Duty Amendment, Divorce, Regularisation of Status of Certain Residents of Namibia, their Descendants, and Foreign Spouses Bills.
