The Namibia Broadcasting Corporation's Director General, Stanley Similo, says the Battle of All was initiated with the aim of promoting employee cohesion and wellness, with the company's management fully supporting the initiative.

The NBC Battle of All is a sport initiative by the public broadcaster with the aim of bringing employees of different companies together not only to build bonds of friendship but also as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The NBC Director General, Stanley Similo, reiterated the company's full backing of the initiative, highlighting why it was initially started.

Similo further added how initiatives like this benefit employees, which in turn improves health, well-being, and increased energy and productivity.

The NBC Battle of All will kick off tomorrow, with various teams from public and private institutions vying for top honors in different sport disciplines such as football, netball, volleyball, tug of war, and darts. The event will take place at Eros Primary School starting at seven in the morning.
