The annual FNB Classic Clashes, held at the Wennie du Plessis Netball Field in Gobabis, showcased the exceptional skills of Wennie Du Plessis, who secured a hard-fought victory in the netball competition.

The event, now in its 17th year, brings together schools from across Namibia to compete in various sports, including soccer, netball, and rugby.

In the final, Wennie Du Plessis faced Gobabis Gymnasium, and with bragging rights on the line, both teams brought their best to the match.

The game was a tightly contested battle as the players from Windhoek Gymnasium fought fiercely for every ball.

Ultimately, Wennie Du Plessis emerged victorious, benefiting from their home-field advantage. The final score was 44-22in favor of Wennie Du Plessis.

Wennie Du Plessis' coach emphasized that, despite their victory, the team still has room for improvement.

The team's captain expressed satisfaction with her players' performance, commending their commitment and dedication.
