Joakim Kayangura was denied bail in the Rundu Magistrate Court following his arrest in the hit and run that occurred along the Trans Zambezi Highway.

The incident happened over the weekend. 

Julius Haupindi, 21, who was among the five victims, died instantly.

On the way to the Rundu Intermediate Hospital, Sindere Fillomin Natali, one of the four, passed away from his injuries. 

The court has postponed Kayangura's case until March 31st of next year.
