The Landless People’s Movement (LPM) candidate for the Guinas Constituency, Fransiskus ||Khumub, has promised infrastructure development at Oshivelo once elected as councillor for the Guinas Constituency.

||Khumub was speaking at the LPM rally in Oshivelo.

LPM president and Chief Change Campaigner Bernadus Swartbooi says the country has been failing to uplift the San people. 

||Khumub, Swartbooi says, will bring about the much-needed empowerment the residents of the Guinas Constituency need.
