The Extreme Netball Club has officially been promoted to the MTC Namibia Premier League following a thrilling playoff at Khomasdal Stadium last month.

After intense and exciting matches in the Khomas region, Extreme Netball Club, alongside Afrocats Lions, UNAM Jaguars, and Cuca Tops, earned their spots in the 2025 season of the MTC Netball Namibia Premier League.

Founded just four years ago, Extreme Netball Club hails from the Oshana region and has big dreams beyond merely competing in the league, according to their coach and president, Wilhelm Hango. Hango expressed that this achievement marks the biggest milestone in the team’s history and commended the players for their dedication as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Hango emphasized that his top priority is fostering a strong team mentality, instilling discipline, and promoting teamwork to ensure success in the league.

Team captain and goal shooter, Godlove Victor, also celebrated the team’s hard work, sharing that it has always been her dream to lead her team to the MTC Netball Namibia Premier League. She praised her teammates for their commitment and determination as they look forward to competing at the highest level.

Hango called on the business sector and netball fans from the Oshana region to support the newly promoted team, helping them succeed in the league.
