The police have destroyed drugs and illegal substances that were confiscated from 2017 to the present.

The items are valued at over N$14 million.

The substances include marijuana with an estimated street value of N$12.5 million, cocaine worth N$500,000, and crack cocaine worth about N$200,000.

Other substances include 600 units of Mandrax tablets, Yes cigarettes, and whisky sachets.

Police say that the majority of the items were trafficked through the southern border of South Africa into the country.

They are urging the public to refrain from drug-related activities.
