One of Namibia's biggest cycling events, hosted by the Nedbank Rock and Rut Mountain Bike Club, kicked off its annual series for the year at the IJG Farm trails in Windhoek.

The exciting mountain biking competition consists of five thrilling races throughout the year, featuring 12 different categories for both men and women.

Riders of all ages and skill levels took on the challenging courses in some of Namibia's most scenic terrains.

The opening race has drawn over 100 cyclists from across the country, including top-tier mountain biking talent, all eager to battle it out on the dirt tracks.
