A new chapter is being written for disability sport in Namibia, and it began on a Monday morning at the Avani Hotel in Windhoek.
A diverse group of players from the marketing and media industries came together for a ground-breaking Co-Creation Workshop, focused on one shared goal: to spotlight the challenges and opportunities in disability sport.
The workshop laid the foundation for a powerful digital campaign called "Making Noise" - a movement aimed at raising awareness around disability sport in the lead-up to the Youth Games Namibia will be proudly hosting.
From strategy to storytelling, the workshop focused on building the pillars that will support the "Making Noise" campaign - a campaign that aims to amplify the voices of athletes with disabilities and shift public perception across Namibia.
As Namibia gears up to host the upcoming Youth Games, this initiative is already changing the game - ensuring that disability sport gets the platform it truly deserves.
