First Gentleman Epaphras Ndaitwah stressed the urgent need to uplift the boy child, ensuring he is not left behind. He spoke at the launch of ‘Redefining Manhood’ and the Boys Club Manual by Andreas Robert.

“When our women rise, we don’t need to fall. We must move together. Boys must not feel like they have no space,” Ndaitwah said.

The event, attended by figures like former National Assembly Speaker Peter Katjavivi and NUST Vice-Chancellor Erold Naomab, emphasised balancing gender roles.

“Traditional male roles are being challenged globally. This book tackles what it means to be a man today,” said Katjavivi.

Moses Pakote, representing the Prime Minister, called for equal empowerment through mentorship and policy.

Author Andreas Robert urged schools to establish boys' clubs, stating, “Every boy is a leader. Your time is now.”

The book explores manhood, upbringing, and fatherhood.
