The J30 International Tennis Tournament at Windhoek's Central Tennis Club wrapped up with exciting finals in both the boys' and girls' singles, but it was the visiting players who walked away with the titles.

In the boys' singles final, Sweden's Maximus Muller, seeded eighth, delivered a dominant performance against Namibia's Israel Dowie, the third seed.

Muller closed out the match in commanding fashion to claim the boys' title, ending Namibia's hopes of a home victory.

In the girls' final, South Africa's Jessica Schilz, seeded fourth, faced fellow South African Milla Kotze, the third seed.

Schilz dominated the match with aggressive play and excellent court coverage, securing a 4-3 win to lift the girls' singles title.

Despite the loss, Namibian youngster Israel Dowie earned plenty of praise for his performance throughout the tournament, making it all the way to the final.

Meanwhile, Muller and Schilz walked away with the J30 crowns, capping off an incredible week of junior tennis talent here in Windhoek.
