Among the sports featured in this year's competition are volleyball (including beach volleyball for both men and women under 19), where Namibia is set to take on Zimbabwe in the men's category, while the women are set to face Mozambique.
Meanwhile, in indoor volleyball, Namibia's women under 19 are set to face South Africa.
Netball is also part of the competition, with participating teams already preparing for what promises to be an intense and competitive series, with Namibia set to take on Eswatini.
The basketball competition will feature girls' teams in the under-16 category, with Namibia set to take on Mozambique in the women's division and South Africa in the men's division.
In football, Namibia's men are set to take on South Africa, while the women's team will face Zambia, competing in the under-20 age group.
The regional draw has brought forth a WAVE OF ENTHUSIASM, with athletes, coaches, and fans all looking forward to witnessing the talent and dedication displayed by young athletes from across the region.
