The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus, says the current hantavirus outbreak poses a low public health risk globally.

Speaking during a press conference on the outbreak, he urged countries and communities to remain cautious and continue monitoring the situation, especially in areas where cases have been reported.
