A man who died after he was hit by a car on the Western Bypass, close to the Hosiana church in Katutura, at the start of September has still not been identified.

|Khomas Region spokesperson for the Namibian Police Warrant Officer Silas Shipandeni informed nbc News that a driver was changing lanes when they hit a pedestrian who was crossing the road.

The deceased had no identification documents on his person and has not been identified to date. His fingerprints are also not on the national records of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security.

Warrant Officer Shipandeni is urging members of the public who are missing a family member in his early to mid-30s to approach the nearest police station.
