President Hage Geingob visited NAMDIA for the first time since its establishment in 2016.

The objective of the visit was to showcase NAMDIA's Purchase Entitlement and provide an overview of its mandate and strategic objectives to the President.

Dr Geingob reiterated the government's efforts in ensuring more job opportunities, particularly when the development of the hydrogen project starts.

The President reiterated that all Namibians have a place in the Namibian house and that no one is better than the other. 

The Minister of Mines and Energy, Tom Alweendo, and his Deputy Minister accompanied the President.
