Namibia's exciting boxing prospect Fillipus "Energy" Nghitumbwa is set to enter his first international professional fight away from home. 

Energy - as he is popularly known- will face the unbeaten Australian Luke Boyd, who wants to maintain his impressive record.

The upcoming boxing match in Australia promises to be exciting as both boxers flaunt impressive records. Nghitumbwa won 11 of his 13 fights by knockout and Boyd has been involved in 10 fights with 10 KOs. 

His Promotor Nestor Tobias shed more light on the encounter.

"Fillip Nghitumbwa is our top boxer in Namibia, the current  WBO global Super bantamweight champion. He has been defending his title three times already and he is currently rated number ten in the world in WBO. He is a world-class boxer, very talented and our future champion."

Meanwhile, Tobias is confident that his boxer will return to Namibia with two more titles and delight the world with an impressive performance.

"A fight on that level is always very tough and of cause both boxers are there to win we just prepare our boxer and be ready for this fight. We have been studying his opponent's videos, he is a strong boxer we accept this fight because we believe we have a chance to win."

The fight will take place in Australia on the 15th of March and several titles will be on the line namely the IBF Intercontinental, WBA Oceania, and the WBO Global Super Bantamweight title that Nghitumbwa currently holds.
