President Hage Geingob touched down at the Eros Airport this afternoon.

Dr. Geingob participated in the African Union's 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

President Geingob joined 49 other African presidents at the AU headquarters in Addis Ababa.

While there, Geingob outlined regional efforts to foster peace in the Eastern DRC and stressed the importance of diplomacy over war in resolving the conflict in the Eastern DRC.
