The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation has urged the ministry's management to effectively implement strategies.

During a management retreat, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah emphasised with concern the trend of poor implementation of set goals and strategies.

Nandi-Ndaitwah says management needs to understand the tools at their disposal, such as skills development and human and financial capacities, for effective strategic plan implementation.
