President Hage Geingob described the late Nahas Mukwaita Ndevahoma as a community activist for social change, a passionate educator, and a patriot who dedicated his life to the liberation of Namibia.

The 81-year-old Ndevahoma, who was conferred an official funeral, was buried at Okongo in Ohangwena Region.

Ndevahoma became a teacher at the age of 24 and later a school principal.

He performed his duties with excellence, and his unique teaching methods enabled his students to perform exceptionally well in their fields of study.
