The Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations launched the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, highlighting the aim to improve a sense of urgency in delivering social justice.

Zambia's government has introduced an online passport application system, marking a significant milestone in Zambia's digital transformation journey.

 The online passport application and payment system has been fully developed and is now operational on the government online service bus called Zamportal.

The Otjiwarongo Municipality unanimously approved the 2025/26 capital and expenditure budget of more than N$226 million at its special council meeting held here on Friday.

The council in 2024 tabled a budget of about N$144 million.

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare presented a N$131.6 million budget allocation to boost transparency and accountability in the use of public funds.

Dr. Ngurare was motivating the Office of the Auditor General's budget under vote 4.

The Minister of Works and Transport, Veikko Nekundi, made a surprise visit to the NATIS offices in Windhoek on Friday to assess whether clients were satisfied with the service there and that operations ran smoothly.

Minister Nekundi took a tour of the facility where he engaged with employees and clients.

Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has called on the public and institutions to cooperate with the government during the Citizen Satisfactory Survey aimed at improving public service delivery.
