Project Hope for the Children of Palestine is conducting a campaign to mobilise funds and resources in support of Palestinian children.

Speaking on Good Morning Namibia, the organisers of the campaign likened what is happening in Palestine to what Namibia went through during the colonial era.

CoW to provide adequate ablution facilities

The Windhoek City Council is currently executing a five-year plan to provide adequate ablution and sanitation facilities in the city's informal settlements.

Under the plan, a total of 1,620 pit latrines are set to be completed.

The Metrology Act provides for standardisation and conformity services through a well-defined national measurement system to the benefit of Namibian citizens.
