Leaders of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) gathered in Harare on Friday to discuss the worsening security crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Bernardus Swartbooi, leader of the Landless People's Movement (LPM), has called on President Hage Geingob to send back the Zimbabwean Ambassador to Namibia.

More than eight million Zimbabweans are expected to head to the polls on Wednesday.

Eleven candidates are participating in the Harmonised General Elections, but it seems to be a two-horse race between the incumbent president, Emmerson Mnangagwa, and Nelson Chamisa of the Citizens Coalition for Change."
