The Namibian Police Force (NamPol), together with the Namibian Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM), is offering leadership development training at Rundu.

The program is being attended by 36 station commanders from all 14 regions. 

The recently promoted Deputy Commissioners in the police have been encouraged to utilise a leadership course as a means to instigate positive transformations in the police force.

The Deputy Commissioners are currently participating in a five-day leadership course at Swakopmund.
