Numerous establishments have been found in violation of the Labour Act during the oversight visit by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Poverty Eradication, Labour and Industrial Relations, particularly focused on the retail and wholesale sector in the Zambezi region.

The Ministry of Justice and Labour Relations is pursuing criminal charges against Tulinavo Investment Group for violating labour laws, including failing to remunerate employees as required.
