Works and Transport Minister Veikko Nekundi was in the Kunene Region, tracking the progress of major ongoing road and aviation projects. These include links like the Opuwo-Okanguati, Opuwo-Etanga, and Kaoko Otavi-Opuwo roads, alongside the Oute Road, Oute Bridge, and the Opuwo Aerodrome. 

The Kunene Regional Council's Ohamaremba-Okanguati water supply project, meant to provide quality water to residents of Okanguati settlement and surrounding areas, is well on track.
