The Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Modestus Amutse, has urged the staff members of the ministry to ensure that their services and work have a tangible impact throughout the country, including at the grassroots level.

 Amutse made these remarks while addressing the staff members of Oshana Region.

Health and Social Services Minister Dr. Kalumbi Shangula acknowledged challenges shared by many health facilities nationwide, attributing part of the issue to cases termed "cold cases."
