||Kharas Youth have called for stronger enforcement of the Tobacco Products Control Act to discourage the use of new and emerging nicotine products, particularly among young people.

The World Health Organisation has issued a strong call for governments worldwide to ban all flavours in tobacco and nicotine products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pouches, and hookah pipes. 

Namibia's laws do not currently regulate new and emerging tobacco products such as hubbly bubbly, vapes, and e-cigarettes.
