Oshiwambo language final-year students at the University of Namibia (UNAM) hosted a cultural festival called Oshipe as part of their continuous assessment marks.

Alfred ||Khamuxab has been ordained as the new chief of the Hai||Om San Traditional Authority.

He takes the seat from his father, David ||Khamuxab, who stepped down in 2024 due to health issues.

The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation has renamed its radio Studio 3 in memory of the late Alexander Jarimbovandu Kaputu.

Kaputu was one of Namibia's longest-serving radio journalists and a respected narrator of Ovaherero history and culture.
