The Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security, Albert Kawana, introduced the 'Recognition of Status of Certain Residents of Namibia, their Descendants, and Foreign Spouses Bill' aimed at refining their pathways to full Namibian citizenship.
