Namibia and South Africa are preparing for the 4th session of their Bi-National Commission (BNC) on 17 July, with the long-running Orange River boundary question among the key issues likely to form part of the talks. 

Namibia and South Africa have unanimously adopted the report, which guides negotiations surrounding the Orange River Boundary.

The report was adopted at the just concluded meeting of the Political, Diplomatic, and Legal Committee of the Namibia-South Africa Bi-National Commission.

A draft report of the Joint Committee of Experts on the Orange River boundary will feature at the meeting of the Political, Diplomatic, and Legal Committee of the Namibia-South Africa Bi-National Commission, which is taking place in Swakopmund.
