A panel of Supreme Court judges, including Chief Justice Peter Shivute, Deputy Chief Justice Petrus Damaseb, and Justices of Appeal Sylvester Mainga, Hosea Angula, and Dave Smuts, will hear the case in which Dr. Panduleni Itula is challenging the results of the 2024 Presidential Election.
