Community members of Sangwali and surrounding areas in the Judea Lyaboloma Constituency in the Zambezi Region. will have access to radio services within the next three to six months.

Stanley Similo, the Director General of the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, urged radio managers and media planners to exemplify leadership in their roles. 

He made these remarks at the opening of a four-day workflow workshop at the radio headquarters in the capital, which begins today.

Impalila Island residents will no longer have to climb trees to hoist cables to support their radio antennas.

This development follows the launch and commissioning of radio services at the island by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.
