The Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr. Kalumbi Shangula, has launched the National Multi-Hazard Health Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, alongside the Public Health Emergency Operation Centre Handbook, a new Digital Learning Platform for healthcare workers.
