First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah has called on boys in the Ohangwena Region to take their education seriously, saying education remains the key pathway to a brighter future.

The First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah has called on the boy child to take advantage of the opportunity offered to better their lives.

He made the call at the Boy Child Engagement at Nkurenkuru in the Kavango West Region.

First Gentleman Epaphras Ndaitwah has called on the current and aspiring leaders to embrace strategic leadership and management.

He said effective leadership requires more than simply holding positions of authority.

The First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah, has urged the boy-child to uphold responsibility, accountability, and integrity, as these values grow character.

Ndaitwah made these remarks at the men's dialogue held at the Suiderlig Secondary School in Keetmanshoop on Wednesday.

The First Gentleman has called on institutions to critically assess their systems and address inefficiencies.

Epaphras Ndaitwah made the call during a public lecture on strategic leadership and management at the International University of Management.
