Represented by the Public Service Union of Namibia, the employees petitioned the NAB management during a peaceful demonstration.

The employees expressed concern over what they described as intimidation tactics, while emphasising that their actions are protected under the Namibian Constitution.

No tenders for firms violating minimum wage

No tenders should be given to companies that have failed to adhere to the set minimum national wage of N$13.50.

This is according to the head of security at the Public Service Union of Namibia, Andreas Huasiku, who addressed a media briefing in Windhoek on Thursday.
