Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has confirmed the resumption of exports as of Thursday, October 23; previously withdrawn trade permits have also been reinstated.
Namibia’s port development and other key infrastructure projects have attracted interest from the U.S.-based Corporate Council on Africa (CCA).
Namibia and South Africa are going to scale up trade in the energy, agriculture, and horticulture sectors, among others.
