The Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPBD) has officially launched the Namibia Convention Bureau (NCB).

The Bureau aims to market Namibia as a preferred destination.

Organisers of the annual Keetmanshoop Agricultural and Industrial Expo (KAITE), speaking during an exclusive interview with NBC News, assured exhibitors, residents and visitors alike that the 69th edition of the annual show will go on as planned at the Expo Show Grounds in Keetmanshoop.

The Zambezi Region on Monday joined the rest of the country in launching Namibian Heritage Week, running from the 15th to the 19th of September.

Heritage Week provides an opportunity for all Namibians to celebrate the country's natural and cultural heritage.

The 24th edition of the Ongwediva Annual Trade Fair is set to commence tomorrow, 22 August, and will continue until 30 August.

This year’s fair is held under the powerful theme “Innovate – Connect – Prosper”.
