An increase in suicides, road fatalities, and violent attacks dominated the weekend police report.

The lifeless body of Hofeni Shoombe (49) was discovered inside a silver VW Kombi on Kupferberg Road in Windhoek, with a gunshot wound to the head; no foul play is suspected.
