Minister of Health and Social services (MoHSS), Esperance Luvindao said her ministry faces resistance when it comes to residual spraying against mosquitoes in households.
 

The 7th National Council held a special session today to appoint members to the Rules, Orders, and Business Committee.

The committee is expected to appoint other committees during this session. The special session will also appoint members to the Committee of Privileges.

 The Electoral Commission of Namibia has dismissed claims that election officials contracted for the 2025 Regional and Local Authority Elections were underpaid.

 In a statement issued, the elections regulator said all payments were processed in line with signed contracts and verified attendance records.
