Namibia boasts a youthful demographic, with 71% of its population under the age of 35, and a considerable portion of this group being 14 years old or younger.

The 2023 Population and Housing Census for the |Khomas Region revealed rapid urban growth, a predominantly youthful population, and rising pressure on jobs and basic services.
