Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare says the delay in salary payments to public servants in the Kunene Region was caused by a technical administrative issue and should not be interpreted as a deliberate attempt to disadvantage anyone.

Disgruntled workers of Maltahohe Village Council are up in arms over late salary payments for the past eight months. 

The workers maintained late payments that subjected them and their families to economic hardship.
