Presidents Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and Cyril Ramaphosa have challenged businesses in Namibia and South Africa to turn decades of diplomacy into tangible economic opportunities, calling for stronger partnerships that create jobs, drive industrialisation and improve the lives of ordinary citizens.

The president of the Kenya-Namibia Chamber of Commerce has urged Namibian diplomats and business leaders attending the Africa Forward Summit in Nairobi to pursue actionable investment deals and tangible business partnerships from engagements with Kenya and more than 30 African heads of state attending the summit.

Minister of Urban and Rural Development James Sankwasa praised the ongoing Oshakati Totem Expo for fostering trade, business partnerships, and cultural exchange.

The recent gala dinner raised N$843,000 towards the nine-day event scheduled for May.
