The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund has concluded its weeklong outreach programme in the Omaheke Region, aimed at taking services closer to the communities.

The Swapo Party’s Okongo District Office honoured the First Gentleman, Epaphras Ndaitwah, by renaming the office after him.

While thanking the leadership for the gesture, Ndaitwah urged them to work hard and build on the foundation already laid to develop the country.

The Dâures Green Hydrogen Village in the Erongo Region is constructing an ammonium sulphate plant, which will produce fertiliser for the local and international markets.

The Dâures Green Hydrogen Village is located about 90 kilometres from Uis.

The president of the Popular Democratic Movement (PDM), McHenry Venaani, said farmers who want to buy land through Agribank are finding it difficult to access land, taking them up to six months.
