In an effort to improve customers' experience and service delivery at all levels, the Agricultural Bank of Namibia (Agribank) has revamped its Otjiwarongo branch office.

The renovations were done at a cost of about N$5.2 million.

More than 2700 clients in the bank's loan book are from the Otjozondjupa Region and owe the bank a combined N$132 billion.

According to Dagmar Honsbein, the bank's deputy Board Chairperson, Agribank's office renovations are part of the bank's ongoing strategy to put its clients at the center of what they do.
