The Pretoria High Court has indefinitely adjourned the hearing of the leave to appeal, where the family had made an application to be heard following their failure to accept the judgement that was passed to allow the Zambian government to repatriate and bury the remains of the late Edgar Lungu in Zambia.

The National Assembly Speaker, Professor Peter Katjavivi, has appealed for respect among parliamentarians.

This follows the opposition MPs' two-day walkout in the House last week.

The fight between Trustco and the Bank of Namibia is far from over, as the two were again involved in a tit-for-tat this week, with a judgement against the central bank and a fresh application by the latter to have Trustco Bank liquidated.
